The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, without any penalty, if the minimum number of participants is not met. You may not cancel once you submit an order for a self-paced course. Once you submit the order, you are responsible to pay the entire course price.

For rescheduling and cancellations without penalty, students need to notify Us in writing 14 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of course. Students who cancel their public registration at 14 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course have the opportunity to either reschedule the class for a period of six (6) months from the original start date of the class or obtain a refund. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations or rescheduling with less than 14 calendar days notice before the start date.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your written request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
